Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

 

Change of Mind

Items that meet the above conditions may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any original shipping costs incurred by Fatpuppy may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, eligible items may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Return shipping costs for approved faulty items will be covered by Fatpuppy.

How to start a Return

To arrange a return, contact hello@fatpuppy.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How will I get my store credit?

Your store credit will be emailed to you directly, to the email address you provided in your original order. This store credit will not expire.

How do I apply my store credit?

At the checkout enter the code in the "gift voucher or discount code", then click apply. Please ensure the code has been entered in its entirety with no spaces at the beginning or end. Contact our Customer Service team if any issues occur.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
